REMOTE SUPPORT
If you are having a software problem with your PC or Mac, this can usually be resolved with remote support. As long as you have an Internet connection, one of our engineers will connect to your computer, diagnose the issue and take steps to fix it there and then.

Remote support is charged at £20 per hour. Offside Solutions does not have a minimum charge, so if a job takes 10 minutes you will be charged for 10 minutes.

A detailed report of any work undertaken by Offside will be emailed to you on completion.

LOCAL SUPPORT - GLASGOW
If you live or work in or around the Glasgow area, Offside Solutions provide on-site assistance. This is also charged at £20 per hour.

As with remote support, we do not charge a minimum time, however we do require customers to purchase time in half hour chunks. So, if your first support request takes up 10 minutes of on-site time, we will require payment of £10 - though you will retain 20 minutes of support time on your account to be used on another occasion.
